A recent demonstration by Wilson Fire and Rescue Services showed how effective fire sprinklers can be. Two mocked-up rooms were set up side by side; one contained an automatic fire sprinkler while the other did not. The room without a sprinkler was engulfed within 2 minutes.
In addition, Wilson Fire and Rescue Services offered a continuing education course to discuss the updated fire sprinkler standards and service recommendations by the National Fire Sprinkler Association (NFSA).
